When stacking, the number of layers must be strictly controlled, and the lower load-bearing surface must be flat to prevent shell collapse or micro-perforated plate displacement due to its own weight. The storage environment should be well-ventilated and dry, avoiding direct sunlight and high temperatures to prevent dimensional deviations or coating aging caused by thermal expansion and contraction of the metal materials.

 

During the delivery and acceptance phase, the logistics provider and the receiving party must jointly verify the model, quantity, and appearance integrity, and check for any damage or signs of moisture in the packaging. Before installation, the micro-perforated plates should be visually inspected and their dimensions re-checked to ensure uniform perforation distribution and that the aperture meets design requirements, avoiding acoustic performance degradation due to logistics damage.

 

Overall, the logistics nature of micro-perforated plate silencers dictates that management at each stage of the supply chain must focus on structural protection and moisture and rust prevention. Scientific and reasonable packaging solutions, standardized loading and unloading operations, and suitable warehousing conditions are essential for ensuring the proper delivery of products and maintaining their acoustic function and lifespan.
