Motorized Air Damper

As an original manufacturing factory deeply engaged in ventilation and fire safety equipment for 23 years, our independently developed and produced motorized air damper is an automatic ventilation control valve driven by an electric actuator. The motorized air damper drives valve blades to rotate via the matched electric actuator, precisely controlling the switch state and opening angle of the valve. It supports docking with building automation systems and fire linkage systems to realize remote centralized management and automatic operation, eliminating the need for on-site manual operation and greatly improving the management efficiency and response speed of ventilation systems. Relying on more than 20 years of technical accumulation in air damper manufacturing, we have carried out multiple rounds of optimization on the transmission matching and valve sealing of motorized air dampers to ensure smooth transmission cooperation between the actuator and valve body without jamming and sufficient output torque. Meanwhile, a multi-blade sealing structure is adopted to effectively reduce air leakage in the fully closed state. We can adapt electric actuators of different voltages and control signals according to customers' control system requirements, supporting two control modes: on-off type and regulation type. Each motorized air damper undergoes power-on actuation test and sealing test before delivery to ensure both electrical and mechanical performance meet standards. Currently, this product has been widely applied in ventilation and fire smoke exhaust systems of intelligent buildings, commercial complexes and industrial plants across China, and exported in batches to many overseas countries and regions, earning high favor from system integrators and engineering contractors.

For long-distance export transportation, reinforced outer packaging is adopted to effectively avoid product deformation, component damage and other problems during transit. We support multiple international trade delivery terms including EXW, FOB and DDP for customers to choose flexibly according to their logistics arrangements. The production cycle of conventional standard products is about one week, and customized products take about ten days. During production, we regularly update customers on production progress and on-site photos to ensure orders are delivered on time and intact.
