As an original manufacturer with 23 years of R&D and production experience in ventilation and fire safety equipment, we independently produce HVAC fire dampers - core HVAC accessories integrating ventilation on-off control and fire barrier functions. Installed inside ventilation and air conditioning ducts, HVAC fire dampers remain normally open under daily working conditions to ensure normal air flow. When the duct temperature reaches 70℃, the built-in thermal fuse automatically triggers the fusing mechanism and drives the blades to close rapidly, effectively blocking the spread of fire and high-temperature flue gas along the duct, and buying precious time for building evacuation and fire rescue. All our HVAC fire dampers are integrally formed by high-precision CNC equipment, with uniform plate thickness, high blade fit and air leakage far below the general industry standard. They balance safety performance and ventilation efficiency, and can be adapted to HVAC duct systems of different diameters and wind pressures.

Relying on more than 20 years of technical accumulation in air damper production, we have carried out multiple rounds of optimization and upgrading on the structural design of HVAC fire dampers, eliminating the common defects of traditional valve bodies such as easy jamming and loose closing. Wear-resistant sealing components are installed at the rotating shaft, which ensures smooth switching of the valve body and further improves long-term sealing performance and service life. The core components are made of qualified raw materials complying with industry standards, and each batch of valve bodies undergoes multiple rounds of performance tests before delivery to ensure that core indicators such as fire resistance rating, air leakage rate and actuation sensitivity all meet standards. Currently, this HVAC fire damper has been applied in hundreds of large-scale building HVAC projects in China, winning long-term repurchase from many cooperative customers with stable performance and reliable quality. It is also exported in batches to many overseas markets including the Middle East, Southeast Asia and Europe.

The product is widely used in central air conditioning ventilation systems of high-rise buildings, HVAC pipelines of industrial and mining enterprises, ventilation systems of metallurgical and chemical plants, hospital clean ventilation projects, air conditioning systems of purification workshops, ventilation systems of commercial complexes, data center room ventilation and other scenarios. Founded in 2003, our factory has been deeply engaged in ventilation, smoke control and exhaust equipment for more than 20 years. We own a 13,000㎡ self-built production workshop equipped with a full set of automated production facilities including CNC shearing and bending machines, large-format planar laser cutters, laser welding machines and high-speed punching machines. The monthly output of air damper products can reach 2,000 units, enabling us to stably undertake large-volume conventional orders and non-standard customized orders. We have gathered a team of engineering technicians and front-line production workers with years of R&D experience in ventilation, smoke control and exhaust products, with mature capabilities in product R&D, manufacturing and quality control to ensure stable order delivery and consistent product quality.

We provide full-dimensional OEM/ODM customization services, and can carry out exclusive customized production according to customers' technical drawings, product prototypes or specific parameter requirements. The minimum order quantity is as low as 1 piece, fully meeting customers' demands for trial orders, small-batch customization and large-batch stocking. The development cycle of conventional customized samples is about one week, and the bulk production cycle can be flexibly adjusted according to order volume. Regular batch orders can normally be delivered within one week. We also allow customers to mix products of different sizes and configurations in the same batch, flexibly adapting to their project supporting needs.

We offer a one-year quality warranty for all delivered products. In case of quality problems within the warranty period, customers are entitled to the three-guarantee service: repair, replacement and refund. Before sales, we establish an exclusive service file for each customer and follow up on order requirements and product adaptation solutions throughout the process. During sales, we provide full-process supporting services including transportation, installation guidance and commissioning. After the warranty expires, we still provide lifelong maintenance service - only component costs are charged for faulty parts, and free technical guidance for installation and maintenance is provided. We conduct regular return visits to cooperative customers to promptly respond to and solve various problems in product use, ensuring a satisfying user experience.
