Fire Damper

A product is a crucial safety device installed in the air ducts of ventilation and air conditioning systems. It normally remains open to allow regular airflow. When a fire occurs and the smoke temperature reaches 70°C, the product automatically closes. This action prevents fire and hot smoke from spreading through the ducts, buying precious time for evacuation and for firefighters to respond. Our product meets strict requirements for smoke leakage and fire resistance, ensuring reliable protection. That is why choosing a high-quality product is vital for any building's safety.

Our fire damper consists of several durable components. The valve body and blades are made of high-quality galvanized steel, providing a strong structure. The thermal sensor (fusible link) is the key trigger-it melts at exactly 70°C, releasing the mechanism. A spring then swiftly closes the blades. The actuator converts the signal into mechanical action, and a micro switch sends a signal to the fire control panel when the damper closes. All these components work together to ensure the product operates reliably when it is needed most.

We offer three main types of products to suit different system requirements.

The standard manual fire damper can be opened and closed by hand, and the blade angle can be adjusted. It also outputs a closing signal.

The motorized product closes automatically when it receives a DC 24V signal from the control center. It can also close if the temperature reaches 70°C. When closed, it sends a signal to stop the connected fan.

The automatic reset product goes a step further: after closing, it can automatically reopen when supplied with DC 24V power, with no manual reset required. (Note: If a shape-memory alloy sensor is used, it must be replaced after activation, but it can be reused if it has not melted.)
