Volume Control Damper (VCD) is the most basic and core air volume adjustment component in ventilation and air conditioning systems. It is widely installed at pipeline nodes of ventilation branch pipes, fresh air ducts and return air ducts. By adjusting the valve opening to change the cross-sectional area of the air flow channel, it precisely controls the supply air volume and return air volume of the pipeline, and can also be used for mixing ratio adjustment of fresh air and return air. It is a key device to realize air volume balance of ventilation systems and ensure indoor ventilation effect. Volume Control Damper (VCD) is divided into two types: manual and electric. The manual type adjusts the opening through a handle, suitable for conventional fixed air volume scenarios; the electric type can be connected to building automation systems to realize remote automatic adjustment, adapting to the ventilation control needs of intelligent buildings.

Our Volume Control Damper (VCD) adopts a mature opposed multi-blade structure. The valve body is formed by integral bending of high-quality galvanized steel sheet, and the four corners are locked with 90° seamless corner inserts, with stable structure and not easy to deform. The damper blades are driven by thickened flat iron connecting rods, with smooth rotation, covering the full range of 0° to 90° adjustment angle, and can accurately lock the air volume at any angle. The valve seat has built-in wear-resistant copper sleeves, which effectively buffer shaft rotation wear and greatly extend the service life of the damper. With 23 years of ventilation equipment manufacturing experience, we strictly test the adjustment accuracy, sealing performance and structural strength of each VCD. With low resistance coefficient in fully open state and small leakage in fully closed state, it can stably adapt to ventilation and air conditioning systems of various civil and industrial buildings, providing customers with reliable and durable air volume control solutions.
