HVAC Smoke Damper

HVAC Smoke Damper is a special smoke exhaust valve adapted to heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems. It is integrated at the main pipeline and branch pipe nodes of ventilation and air conditioning systems. It remains normally open under daily conditions, and can cooperate with the system to complete normal ventilation and air exchange. In case of fire, it automatically switches to smoke exhaust mode, and cooperates with smoke exhaust fans to quickly exhaust fire smoke out of the building. When the flue gas temperature in the pipeline reaches the critical value of 280℃, the built-in temperature-sensitive element of HVAC Smoke Damper automatically triggers and fuses, and the spring-driven mechanism drives the damper blades to close rapidly, blocking the transmission path of high-temperature smoke and flame, avoiding high-temperature damage to rear-end HVAC equipment, and ensuring the compartment integrity of fire zones at the same time. It is a core safety component that balances ventilation and fire protection in HVAC systems.
