Backdraft Damper

As an original factory with 23 years of R&D and manufacturing experience in ventilation equipment, our backdraft damper is a core functional valve for preventing air backflow in ventilation systems. It is widely compatible with various ventilation, smoke exhaust and air conditioning duct systems, and is a key accessory to ensure stable operation of ventilation systems and avoid backflow of odor and waste gas. The backdraft damper automatically opens and closes blades by air pressure: blades open with forward air supply to ensure smooth air flow, and close automatically when air flows in reverse, effectively blocking reverse air flow, preventing outdoor waste gas, odor and dust from flowing back indoors, and avoiding loss of cold and hot air from air conditioners to improve system energy efficiency. Our backdraft damper adopts lightweight blade design with low opening resistance and tight closure, adapting to low and medium pressure ventilation pipelines and meeting one-way ventilation demands of different scenarios.

Relying on more than 20 years of technical accumulation in air damper manufacturing, we have carried out special optimization on the rotating shaft structure and blade sealing of the backdraft damper. Silent rotating shafts and high-fit sealing edges are adopted to reduce blade opening/closing noise and improve sealing performance during reverse closure, thus reducing air leakage. Each backdraft damper is precisely processed by CNC equipment with strict component tolerance control. After assembly, each unit is tested for opening/closing flexibility and sealing performance to ensure flexible actuation and tight closure. Currently, this product has been widely applied in ventilation systems of civil buildings, industrial plants and commercial complexes, and exported in batches to many overseas markets. We have established a quality control system covering the entire production process, with a professional quality inspection team strictly controlling each production link. Raw materials undergo material and specification verification before warehousing. Self-inspection and mutual inspection systems are implemented for each process during production. Finished products undergo 100% full inspection before delivery, with core indicators including opening/closing flexibility, sealing performance and dimensional accuracy tested one by one - unqualified products are strictly prohibited from leaving the factory. We also accept third-party arrival inspection entrusted by customers to fully guarantee product quality and customers' procurement rights and interests.

We provide customized packaging solutions according to customers' transportation needs. For long-distance export transportation, reinforced outer packaging can be adopted to avoid product deformation, paint scratch and other damage during transit. The production cycle of conventional standard products is about one week. During production, we regularly update customers on production progress to ensure on-time order delivery.
